How to ask for a commissionSend me an email at anako_pro[at]sfr.fr or via the contact form with the type of commission you would like (bust, half-body, sketch, flat colors, background or not, etc.) and details about your character(s) (physical and personality descriptions, accessories, colors, picture references if available, etc.).
The more details you put in your email, the easier and faster the process will be. Try to be as specific as you can.

PaymentsPayments are made via paypal only (€), paypal tax (+4%) will be added. (Paiements par virement bancaire et chèques acceptés pour la France).
Full payment in advance. I’ll start sketching once I’ve received the payment.

RevisionsOnce payment is made, I’ll start working on your commission and I’ll send you a sketch by email. This part is important, as you can ask for revisions, 5 maximum.
Any more revisions, or complete rework of the commission will be charged. So be as specific as possible in your request (if you can’t put it into words, feel free to make a visual edit to show me).
I will not continue the work until the sketch is approved. Please understand that the longer you take to approve the sketch, the longer my completion time will also be.
Once you confirm that the sketch is good, I’ll continue working on it. No revisions are to be made at this point (except slight adjustments i.e. skintones)

• Terms of service •

  • Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, see below.

  • Note that commission time may vary depending on details and specifications.

  • If you have a deadline, please notify me beforehand to see if I can meet it.

  • Payments will be made via Paypal in EUR only.

  • Please, wait for confirmation of your commission before paying.

  • Full payment must be made before I start working on your commission.

  • No refunds once your commission has been approved and started.

  • A maximum of 5 revisions during sketching only.

  • References must be clear and fully colored. Unclear rough sketches will be declined.

  • My art may not be used to train any type of AI tool.

  • I retain full rights over my artwork as the artist. Therefore, I’m allowed to use my copyrighted artwork to:
      -Promote myself
      -Publish artbooks using the piece

  • Without commercial purchase, the client is allowed to :
      -Use my artwork for personnal use
      -Print the art for themself and claim the rights of their character(s) but not the art itself.
      -Use the artwork to promote themselves as long as proper credit is given to the artist.

Commercial use and feesIf you want to commercialize it, please keep in mind you will have to pay for Rights Assignment.
Depending on the quantity, audience and time duration of the contract, the fees can go from 2x to 3x the price of the piece.Do not redistribute, edit, trace or use my art without my permission nor without crediting me properly.
I reserve the right to decline a commission.
Disrespectful/rude/abusive commissioner will have their commission immediately canceled without any refund, and will be forbidden to commission me in the future.By commissioning me you implicitly agree to all terms of service.
